Prof. Roger S stayed at Napalai Hotel, Udorn Thani on 2007-05-18 - said: "The Napalai Hotel is very good value for money and I stay there regularly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is comprehensive if you like asian breakfasts, but the continental style offering is rather average (including stewed tea and coffee, unexciting corn flakes and anaemic white toast bread). The staff are friendly and helpful and they have a complimentary airport transfer. It is easy to get to the city by songthaew (No 14 or No 15) and the hotel is conveniently located for the airport. There is a friendly Western-style pub just across the road with very good live music and good food. I found the booking very efficient, although it would have been a little cheaper to book with the hotel directly."

Overall, at 1000 baht per night was not value for money. Moved to another hotel - received same service for 400 baht per night."
