We changed to an upstairs room which was good although initially staff were reluctant to move us to another room. After that the service was good, gym was good. Don t stay on the ground floor

Mrs stayed on 04/04/2005 and said, "It s a nice hotel although it s located in the alley. The room is clean, service was ok. You d better prepare/reserve for taxi 1 day before cause they only have limited standby taxi for all guests, and it s quite difficult to find an empty taxi there. Maybe because the hotel is new, almost every taxi drivers didn t know the place, so you d better bring hotel s namecard in order to inform them due to their poor english.

Bob stayed on 02/06/2005 and said, "It was a pleasure to find this gem of a hotel. It is a back alley but right next to the Pan Tip Plaza and plenty of shopping.
The Hotel is new and they are still working on it. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. This is unlike most other hotels in Thailand that are not maintained to standards.
I highly recommend this hotel".
